MEET OUR EXPERT

Dr. Rakesh Verma (MBBS, MD) is a Consultant Clinical Pharmacologist at the Nepal Cancer Hospital and Research Centre with more than three years of experience in Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics. He completed his MBBS from Nepalgunj Medical College and Teaching Hospital in the year 2015 and earned his master's degree in Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics from BPKIHS, Dharan in 2022. His work focuses on oncology therapeutics, medication safety, and rational drug use in cancer care. He is actively involved in clinical research, including observational studies and case reports on targeted therapies and supportive care. Dr. Verma is an Executive Member of the Society of Clinical Pharmacologists of Nepal, a Life Member of the Nepal Medical Association, and a Board Member of the Nepalese Doctors Lounge. He is also committed to mentoring young clinicians and promoting evidence-based pharmacotherapy in Nepal.
